Not all models can do this, I had to specifically order the E option that comes with the 5th toner blank banks so I could order it down the road. The regular CMYK version from what I was told you can't upgrade to 5th color.

On our 7110 we had a profile setup for black paper printing white on it. Check your paper profile as I think there is a setting for black paper as it will turn off some of the sensors.

Guessing the OP is talking in CM. Wrinkles are well known issue, not really seen any good solutions for that. Some have gotten it down to the only wrinkle being on the trailing flap but its still there. That is why I love my inkjet for envelopes.

The pricing was cheaper when I compared using the coater vs buying inkjet envelopes. But I only looked at this for envelopes. The color does pop more with the coating in the samples I saw in person.

The alignment table on the mach7 is pretty good, sometimes you have to fiddle with the registration rollers if it is a thicker piece but for most envelopes it does a good job aligning to the operator side guide. I print quite a bit of full bleed envelopes on it and not had any issues.
