    Take out balancer blocks. Clean with IPA as marked on attached image. If no improvement, check black gum stoppers for wear, if worn just replace rubber pieces. No need to replace whole balancer blocks. Error have nothing to do with balancer flag or sensors. Chris

    There are glass disks inside encoders, might be dirty. Sensors as well. Clean them with photo lens cleaning fluid. No isopropyl alcohol, leaves smudges.

    So problem with plate transfer still persist. Only cause are motors, belts and tension. You can run encoder test in diagnostics. Laser temp: TEC cooler and cooling fan need to be checked. Chris

    You need to clean ribbon belts both sides. Flat belt and kapton belt. Also brass wheels surface and drive motor shaft. Check tension, should be the same both sides. Clean transport rollers. It is critical for that machine and usually should be done during preventive maintenance every year.
