You need to clean ribbon belts both sides. Flat belt and kapton belt. Also brass wheels surface and drive motor shaft.
Check tension, should be the same both sides.
Clean transport rollers.

It is critical for that machine and usually should be done during preventive maintenance every year.

hie ChriZ did the maintenance and cleaning and checked both my tension..
the machine only shows lines now at the end of the imaging i think 90% of the image will be okay but that 10% it still have lines and a bit of streched image
Today the laser had a report of over temperature without imaging anything

So problem with plate transfer still persist.
Only cause are motors, belts and tension. You can run encoder test in diagnostics.
Laser temp: TEC cooler and cooling fan need to be checked.
Chris

There are glass disks inside encoders, might be dirty. Sensors as well.
Clean them with photo lens cleaning fluid. No isopropyl alcohol, leaves smudges.

INSERTS ARE PICTURES OF THE IMAGE PRINTED BEFORE WE RAN SERVICE MENU
SCRETCHED IMAGE BUT LINES WERE NO LONGER VISIBLE

Movement timeout:
• Check drive belts for proper installation and tightness.
• Check drive encoder for proper installation; ensure collar is secure on drive shaft.
• Run the internal encoder test.
• Verify cabling between main drive motors, encoders and main control board
• Replace drive encoder.
• Replace drive motor.
• Replace main control card

Stretched image - whole plate equally or just partial?
