Side note I called the manufacture of the cylinder who said that that it's the abdick 9995 / 3302. Again not an h pr m was given. So if my books match the 3302h and my previous parts / rollers/ service all called it a 3302 then it's a 3302 and probaly an h like the service manual that matches...

I was told the 9995 is a 3302 from our roller supplier and my service manual is a 3302h that matches up exactly to the machine. I am sure there is sub markings somewhere, tell me where and I will find.

Two different cases or the same with different lots same issue. Different brand same issue. Just tail wrinkle now if I turn it 180. Feed it flat other side problem is less. But still that's not a solution. Ran this brand in the last 30 days and they were just fine. So it's a decent...

Been there air blower is almost nothing as it always is for envelope. Still trying to figure it out.

Using our abdick 9996 /ryobi 3302. We started getting envelope wrinkles only on #10 regulars. This was not always the case. I am scrtaching my head on thus as I just printed a ton of Windows the sane size. Tried moving the work, taking the pressure almost all the way off. Even tried feeding...

Never mind resolved that issue, was operator error (my error). Tightened in wrong order causing me to bit be able to properly tension it.

So I had to change the blanket and it's not touch the plate while not under printing operation. It leaves plate image on blanket even while jogging. Only toward the head. any thoughts.. bad blanket? One I just removed for an issue with the blanket did not do this.

What I ended up doing was toss in a few scrap sheets after every thousand. Reminding me to do a quick clean and restart. After 5k I had to put in the clear in blade and do a quick clean. Same at 10k. It was a newspaper insert so it was not critical to be 100 percent perfect, but I screws...

Just a followup it's been so long. Thanks to all the input it's still running. And the original water system works great with proper adjustments and maintenance. Plugging along NCR T 8500 hr at this moment with no worries about toneing anymore. Or havinging to hover over every sheet.

9995 running some cheep linty paper was getting massive lint sticking on the blanket and effecting the image. Is there a better way to prevent this other than dealing with it if it happens. My only solution was to stop and clean every so often and watch it like a hawk so it can stop and clean it...

Sound like it's slipping or stretching, on my 9995, it does not move after the first time it rolls back a hair. No glue or inked cylinder. Now with that machine are you using just the spring to tighten it or are you also cranking the tension nuts down. I have to do both to keep it held good...

Had time to check out head 2, had to order meter roller, wipers, water form, and full ink roller kit. (still waiting on my original replacment water form as well for head 1) but we are getting there.

Still waiting for the replacement water form. Also we are going to run a two color before we gut the second head to see if it will run ok first. We will be purchasing all new rollers for #2 but most of what we do in 2 color the second is minor amounts on a logo, and we know the water form...
