I had a similar problem onetime like that but mine was the sending unit switch located on oper side. 1st unit I just move it closer to the cam.. Not to sure if this is your problem though, any brain storm is a good one in printing. Lsw seems like he is in the ball park.

Good question Alois, The cut lines are in every unit,but very diff.. I had this problem before when I ran test rollers for parmarco. it was determined that they were using the emery cloth to long causing a build up which caused these lines, kinda like using sand paper when sanding it will build...
