A3 office copiers that don't slow down at 120 gsm

I worked in a bookshop in Oman. They never had an electric guillotine. Most bookshops do not have it as well, because they mostly do not print with bleed. A subsequent step will surely be obtaining one.

A3 office copiers that don't slow down at 120 gsm

No one did. But since they slow down, they do so for a reason. For example, the Konica C368 (an old copier) slows down at anything above 90 gsm if I recall, to roughly half speed.

A3 office copiers that don't slow down at 120 gsm

Thanks for the input from your previous reply. I don't have jobs lined up. I didn't start the shop yet. I am not planning on using a guillotine, at least for now. I will check click charges from dealers.

A3 office copiers that don't slow down at 120 gsm

If I select 90 gsm in paper settings while using 120 gsm or even 100 gsm paper, making the printer run at faster than what it was designed for, then I expect consumables to deteriorate faster than published by the manufacturer, for example: transfer belt. I am looking for printers that are...

Scanning and copying simultaneously in an office MFP

Hi Is there an A3 office grade MFP that can scan through the feeder while simultaneously copy the scanned pages (without having to wait for all sheets to be scanned first)? I used to work with a Konica Minolta Minolta bizhub 554e and it didn't have this feature. It had to wait for all sheets to...

    ONYX PAL-M Piks-A-Lift Manual Module

Reply to MyBinding-DM: Q: How often do you plan on using it? A: I asked management for the number of sheets we bind daily, and did not get an answer yet. I can just guess. Let's say 1400 sheets of 80-100 gsm A4 paper per day. Statement: Eventually the nylon screws will need to be replaced from...

    wear caused by coated paper

Looking at the media guide by Konica Minolta, office printers do not have coated papers in their recommended list. Production printers do have some brands of coated paper in the list.

    wear caused by coated paper

    Drum, fuser and transfer belt.

    wear caused by coated paper

How much wear does coated paper have on a dry toner printer compared with uncoated paper, both smooth? Does gloss coated cause more wear than matt coated paper? And does coated cause less wear in a production printer compared with office grade? Thank you

printing on kiss cut labels using an LED printer

Since the Pro9431 has a straight paper path, does that make it more suitable for printing kiss cut labels, compared with laser? Thank you
