Hey Yes we have C6100 Our tech guys replaced the fuser belt 6 times!! in 2 months. It is known problem, instead of just giving a new fuser they just fixing it with new parts and it keeps failing after "X" prints.

my experience with canon C800 was bad, the machine broke all the time and we needed parts every 50K prints. I recommend you to check really good before you buy and maybe go to the new series they have.

just create a PDF file with CMYK of 40% each and print them, best way to find out what color makes the problem this is what i do every time before i call tech and i tell him what color makes the problem

Thank you for the replays. The knife is brand new polar sharp knife i use for the books. i try both sides of the spine to cut and the book still wrap.
