OKI IMPRINT ES3640a3

Hello everyone.
I have the OKI IMPRINT ES3640a3
I am using it for only polyaster plates that i buy from xante.
i am printing the plate from illustrator from Post-Script options and in separation mode.
after i print the plate and i look with lupa i dont see any dots.
after the plate goes to the offset the image comes out with a lot of dots and it looks bad.
do you have any idea why this is happening?

Print plates pure black. Those dots are security dots, printed on yellow, hard to see on naked eye.

do you know what settings i need to set? becouse i set black only and it still comes out
