All of a sudden yesterday after we loaded a new box of Fuji plates, we started getting:
Error 0323 Autoloader sensor
and
Intermediate Sensor is off
We thought maybe it was a bad box of plates, so we tried a different box, but the issue continues.
We are able to manually load the plates with no issues.
We have been waiting for a call back from service since yesterday morning.
We do not have a user manual and I can't find one online anywhere, so I can't look for troubleshooting information there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
