We installed the C14000 machine last December, and since then, we've encountered several issues with it. Yesterday afternoon, halfway through a print job, we suddenly encountered error code C-3105. Even after rebooting the machine, the same code persisted. This morning, an engineer came to repair it, and we managed to print for half a day until the same code appeared again at six in the evening. We use paper weighing around 120g and with lengths within 488mm, nothing particularly thick or long. We're puzzled why the same error code keeps appearing. I've seen online that users of other Konica models have faced similar recurring issues with the same code. I wonder if anyone has identified the root cause and found a solution.
