    I am having some small 60mm high small people cut for a card theatre, outside of the figures I have 1mm cut line so in some places I have 2mm between the figures where the cut lines join. Is 1mm tolerance Ok for the die cutting process? Thanks in advance Sam

    Do I have to laminate both sides for folds

    So do I need to UV or laminate to protect the folds or is scoring just needed? .... so for this product I could do away with UV coating or laminating altogether ?

    I am creating a children's pop up theatre made from card which I am assuming I need to laminate both sides to stop the card cracking and looking unsightly and to give it a bit more longevity/robustness. I also want to leave an area clear where someone can write a message which I am guessing...

    If I wanted 1000 of this kind of thing attached would this be die cut? ....... I would possibly want 5000 ongoing order but for the first batch to test in the market I dont want too many in case I need to change anything in design via market feedback. Many Thanks
