Hello...Several Customers or Agencies require Hard Copy Proofs....we create 2 ...send out one...keep one for press....email for approval is OK to start plating....Policy is for Hard Copy Proof to be Signed OK & returned prior to printing....just like the good ole days.....

Hello ...FUJI ZX Superia plates have been performing excellent for us....Heidelberg SM 74-5 Colour......No issues at all....Dampening system must be cleaned & ink rollers deglazed regularly....weekly if running two shifts per day....it is normal for the first 20-50 sheets to be toned completely...

that makes sense...the tracking dots, I would have to conclude ....must be originating from the digital file used to produce the image for the solid coating....now I am curious

Hi Astro...when we fusion foil we print a rich black .....100%K 100%C 100%M,,,,the Tracking (Forensic) Dots are only printed in the Yellow....When we eliminate Yellow....we eliminate the Tracking Dots.....Fusing Foil only adheres to the plastics in any toner...check the digital file to make sure...
