2013 Paper Calculator M1

Anybody tried using the SubstrateRelCalc_v6_DRAFT4 from idealliance. I am trying to use this Calc but the custom data set that comes with it based on 2006. Also at sample 1617 in the excel file there is a missing b value. Amny body had try this before?

I have not used that one, but I did use the CGATS 21 calculator below.
