3rd party Imagesetter service providers

got a call from a vendor of CTP device service provider yesterday
right now we are with Kodak, and this vendor said they can do a service contract for less than half of Kodak
unfortunately i didn't get his contact info and he must have mis-spelled my email address

anybody getting any calls this week?

what experience do you have with 3rd party service contract providers?

I would suggest asking the service provider that has called you for customer references.
By the way, we also offer service for Kodak CtP equipment on "as needed", as well as Service Contract basis. We can help with all parts, including laser heads.
