Print master qm46. Printing flap up only can do say 50 at a time. Any help would be great. This machine hates envelopes. Can run any thing else just fine.

There's a good chance you can buy open flap envelopes. I know for certain #10's are available open flap (from Western States Envelope).

well i cant buy the enveoples i already printed on the front side, and now on the back side with the flap up. I just put on a plate so i can run the envelopes backwards so the the flap is at the back. if that makes sence

The horse is out of the barn, so to speak, but if this is a common scenerio having the flaps open would have made this a "single pass" run. You can open flaps pretty quickly holding a lift in one hand and sliding/nestling (from the sealed edge) singles under the next flap. Kind of tough to explain, but the holidays are close and face & flap copy is not uncommon.
