GMG Consulting Group: Entry Level Color Production Survey:
The following survey was created to receive feedback from people in the entry level color production marketplace. Entry Level Color production includes devices that run approximately 50 to 80 letter sized pages per minute and sometimes have inline finishing devices configured. These devices are currently manufactured by Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta and Ricoh. The survey has a few questions that rate the feature functionality of entry level color production devices. These questions are intended to have you rate how important these functions are in the purchase decision as well as the smooth operation of these devices in the field. We would like you to answer them as if you were building the next generation of these devices. Indicating what functionality is an absolute requirement (9 on the scale) or what is the relative "importance" of the feature of the entry level color production device. Thank you in advance for your participation.
