I recently purchases a AB Dick Century 5000, trained with the previous owner for a month. In the last week both water roller (chrome) gears stripped compleetly. In both towers. First one, then the other, a day later. I 'm obviously doing something different that he wasn't doing in 10 years, but between us and the techs on the phone, we can't figure out what it is. It's the brass gear in the gearbox connected to the motor that runs the water roller.
