AB dick QP25 operation help

I have 8 years of experience in the printing industry but the majority of my experience in bindery. I am in need of and suggestion/information on operating a AB Dick QP25 offset press. I have been working with the press on my own to familiarize myself and have the feeding almost down (Having trouble feeding 20# Bond). If someone may know of training videos I could search or any tips at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
