A well-established printing, mailing and marketing services provider serving Northern and Central California is seeking a dynamic account manager. Our services include large and small format offset & digital print, mailing, on-line fulfillment with storefronts, cross media marketing, and web-to-print, all under one roof.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, experienced account rep, who can work on their own in an unsupervised environment, to take over and grow a solid book of business in the San Joaquin Valley region. Candidate must be excited about truly understanding the customer’s needs and then offering a total package, including marketing solutions. Commercial print experience is helpful but not necessary. “Internet literacy” and a good strategic mind are essential. We expect candidate to cold call, to get opportunities and penetrate new accounts, and to provide excellent personal service to retain existing accounts. In turn, we provide training, expertise and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts.
- Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed prospect and customer info in CRM
- Follow company policies and sales procedures effectively.
- Assist with the development of new sales tools and presentations.
- Review and report back changing market conditions to management.
Qualifications
a. Successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.
b. Experience calling on all management levels up to and including C-level executives.
c. “Solution” sales experience strongly preferred.
d. Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation/demo skills, both in person and via phone/web presentations.
e. Effective time management skills and a very strong work ethic.
f. Strong technology skills and ability to credibly lead a complete product demonstration.
g. Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office and CRM applications.
h. Previous formal sales training is a plus.
i. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
