Add blank Page to PDF

Does any one have a script for PitStop to add a blank page after every 3rd page of the PDF? Customer gave a VDP file as a PDF. Its a 4 pager, but they did not include a blank 4th page. I need to add a blank page as a 4th page to the entire document.

Someone had the exact same request in this forum. Check out responses 13 and 28. It looks like PitStop already has this functionality built in.
