Adding tape to Qualstar

I've written a small job to the new tape in NTBACKUP. In RSM I've moved the tape into the "ONLINE" pool, which our active pool.

Next, we tried backing up a job through Prinergy, and it fails saying there is no media with sufficient free space.

Also the new tape format says it is "Backup Utility (NTBACKUP.EXE)". All other tapes say their format is "Creo (MTF)". I'm not seeing any place to format to "Creo (MTR)".

Any help is appreciated.
