AE 12.2 ScriptRunner with Illustrator (doscript) for Windows

Hello,
i´ve an applescript that opens a .pdf in illustrator and runs an action (saving to a networkvolume as .ai and close the document. That works fine.
No i want to do this with a script on a Windows machine.
Has someone here make already a script for Windows and Illustrator and use in AE and can help me? The script must open the pdf in Illustrator, start the action (save and close the document).

It's a best practice to just write it in javascript to begin with so that scripts can be operating system agnostic. Illustrator supports Applescript, Javascript and VB Script:http://www.adobe.com/devnet/illustrator/scripting.html
