Agfa avalon OTC PROBLEM!!!

Hello, I have agfa avalon lf, and when i try to add (after click plate information) plate in avalon OCT comes window "!!! Couldn't open StatCmd/platetypeDB.dat !!!... I try to reinstall OCT but same problem. any idea what can I do?

I just feel you should consider a few things:

1- If the computer has any issues?
2- delete Agfa Folder.
3- Do the installation. Are the installation DVD is ok?
