Please assist me with the CTP AGFA AVALON LF S machine

I have searched through many forums regarding CTP technology but still haven't found a solution. Therefore, I would like to ask if anyone could kindly guide me in troubleshooting the issues we're currently experiencing with our AGFA AVALON LF S machine. The machine is encountering the following problems:

1. The laser head’s slider sensor light is flashing red and green continuously, preventing the machine from operating.
2. The machine fails to detect the aluminum plate. When the plate is inserted, it is ejected without performing the imaging process.
3. The imaged plate has visible stripes after exposure.

these machine are old and manufacturer is closed down and no much support peoples attaching manual link have a look to it first adjust home sensor below the head which sens for a small magnet attached to base adjust the gap band means either carriage movement is not smooth or zoom adjustment not correct clean rails go through manual first error code list also attached you need diagnostic software UNIDIAG which will be already on console system
