Has anyone heard the rumor that Agfa Graphics is going to outsource thier customer service to Jamaica?
I used to be able to call my customer service person directly, over the last few weeks all I get is the main desk.
I was told they are working on the phones.
I spoke with a former coworker who has also noticed he can not call direct.
He told me Agfa is going to outsource customer support to Jamaica.
I didn't ask where he got this info and since I cannot talk to my normal rep I can't confirm.
Im wondering if anyone else has heard this and what everyone thinks about it.
