Anyone familiar with Amazon's Mechanical Turk?

Seems like an intriguing idea. Get tasks done cheaply and quickly. I just found out about this yesterday and really think it's kinda cool.

The only reason I even found out about it is that I'm currently reading Seth Godin's "Linchpin" and he mentions it in there.
