Anyone using EMC's Expressions

Anyone using EMC's Expressions software to prep their variable projects? We recently upgraded from old Doc Sciences Autograph and have nothing but problems since trying to get it implemented. Is anyone using this with success? Where you able to get it up and running quickly? What was/is you experience with the product good or bad.
