Apple Color Emoji printing incorrectly

Hello, We were wondering if anyone has found a way to flag Apple Color Emoji in InSite? Is there a Prinergy setting that will fail a file that is using these emoji's?

In your preflight you should be able to warn or error on a specific font. Are you using Preflight+?

Typically these are Opentype SVG fonts which are not supported by the PDF specification (yet), they are normally exported as Type 3 fonts when the PDF is created.

PitStop has an option for flattening Type 3 fonts, which means basically extracting the "characters" designs to objects. That could solve your print issues.
