Apple Security Update 2012-001 - DO NOT INSTALL!!!!

Do not install Apples latest security update issued yesterday... It breaks all print dialogs as well as file save dialogs in Rosetta Applications... these include Print dialog in Preps 5... essentially rendering it useless.

i religiously update mac system once a week . . . have experienced no issue with preps 5.~ failing any print process. as for rosetta . . . no comment.


might be such a thing that our IT department, in advance, thwarted the issue . . . we have no interaction with that.

Apple released a new security update which fixed the problem aprox. 3 or 4 days later. It didn't just affect Preps... it affected everything that used Rosetta... including a number of Microsoft products, etc.
