Aqueous Gloss

We are using Kentucky Shine coating on our Xerox prints and have found that it doesn't seem to add any noticeable gloss where toner is. I'm not sure if it is being soaked up by the toner, or if it isn't wanting to stick to the toner.

Has anyone else had this experience, and if so found a solution?

Is the coating you are using meant for digital products? I do not know what we use, but I do know we had to get a specific digital coating for the odd time that we needed to do this.

I doubt it. I just grabbed a bucket of it that we have been using for offset work.

I think you will need to get something made for digital. I know we tried that at first and the stuff we use for offset would not work with our digital work.
