Auto-balance error CTP

Auto-balance lets you use different sized plates without making any manual adjustments for correct drum balance, when i use the small plates the auto-balance gives error...away balancer! I need to reset the correct parameters on the machine manually to be able to print the larger plates! When I put the smaller ones back on it happens again...

'We were using ECO3 Eclipse. We swapped to the PRO version still with 'carry on' boxes, this problem has been entirely fixed this way.
We, now, have an entirely different issue but it has to with the balencers of the machine, and plate size swap.
For some reason balencers, tend to join together after loading a different plate (GTO) from our standard 730x600 size.
We have to open the front cover, and 'manually' adjust the balencers to match the 'home' with 'away', almost to the dot.
It fixes and allows us to re-load another 730x600 plate HOWEVER, everytime we load GTO it (error) presists and resets (joins together).'
