Depends on what I'm doing. If I have contones that need to trap to frames or other items I set it accordingly. Knock out or Choke are the most common settings.
Choke, we are on ver. 11, on previous ver's I've had to set it to knockout on some jobs because of trap lines showing up around transparencies but normally had it set to choke.
