Bad ghosting using Onyx 7.3 with illustrator EPS files

Hi,

I recently upgraded ONYX to 7.3 (from 7.1). We were getting excellent prints using a custom profile on 3M IJ180C with 7.1.

7.3 is a whole different story. We're getting terrible ghosting (blues, magentas and yellows deviating up to 1cm from their intended location).

To fix it, I had a brand new profile created. The test image looked great (JPG). Our typical images (EPS with cut paths), however, still look awful!

We use Roland XC540s and are relatively new to Onyx.

Any help would be most appreciated!
