One question

I don't know digital printing but it´s possible in digital printing have bad register between colors

Digital machines do alignment checks as they go, could be a dirty sensor or something like that. On our old DC260 and J75 we had a few colour alignment issues, most were solved by simply opening the tray with the colour drums and closing again. This caused the machine to recalibrate.
 
Just for fun turn your machine off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Many machines run a color registration check on startup.
