Bindery Person: Esprit Graphic Communications, Inc. of Kennewick, Washington (Southeastern Washington State), is looking for an experienced, highly motivated team player to produce top quality work in our bindery department. Qualified applicants would include an experienced bindery person who is familiar in running a Muller-Martini Minute Man saddle stitcher (or competing product/brand), right angle folders, programmable paper cutters, and other pieces of bindery equipment (drills…etc). Knowledge of mailing operations and/or small press operation is desirable but not necessary. Sounds like a pretty nice area to work in. Are you looking for someone who knows the US Postal Requirements as well?
 
Thank you for the comment and question. Growth in the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Richland & Pasco) is leading the state of Washington and much of the nation.

To answer your questions, knowledge of USPS regulations is highly desirable. For mail processing we run an application called Postalsoft Desktop Mailer Business Mail Edition.

Our main interest is finding a quality oriented operator who is proficient in running saddle stitchers (Muller Martini experience a plus), folders and cutters. That said, we are willing to train an qualified candidate on the mailing software, hardware and postal regulations.
