You can do both the booklets that I am thinking and the Printer Spreads you are interested in. You can N-Up the pages and select if you want them duplex, etc. and get them all up on your desired press sheets. You can email me a sample file and what your desired outcome and I can set it up and give you specifics. But basically, yes it would work. Hope that helps!
