When i start login after type cdesci it gets loginto common desktop environment after that it shows

Action Required:

The DT messaging system could not be started to correct the problem

1. Choose (ok) to return to the login screen.
2. Select fail safe sesssion from the login screen's option menu and log in.
3. Check to see that the hostname is correct in :/etc/hosts.

Kala,

I think that it must be something to do with some of the settings. i.e. TCPIP settings; hosts settings. etc

At a guess I would say that you changed the IP Address for the Brisque within the CDE and now you have two entries within the host file. One with the old IP Address and One with the new.

Dear All

Problem sorted out by removing all the hosts and reentered tcpip ; now everything is working ok...
