Business card diecutting

I have a customer that wants large quantities of business cards with 4 rounded corners. We have always done this by diecutting on a windmill. This customer freaks out over the tick marks required to hold the cards in place before punching out. We have tried several ways, including sanding the tiny tick marks off.

Any suggestions to work around tick marks without just flinging cards all over the floor and sorting? Thanks in advance for any great ideas!

We just use a corner rounder and can run 500 cards in just a couple of minutes.
