California Prop 65 labeling inquiry

Is prop 65 labeling required for digital or offset cut sheets if we ship to California? Is blank stock for that matter?

I know no one here is giving legal advise, but who is doing it?

Does anyone label their shipments (printed paper) into California with Prop 65 wording? I do both digital and small offset paper only, in Ohio. My digital supplier/service company has only sent me MSD sheets for the canon toners no direct answer for if it required.

I live in the San Diego area and have been in the business for 35 years... I have NEVER seen a requirement for a Prop 65 warning.
