Color Specifications by the Military Industrial Complex

Has anyone heard of a Department of Defense color specification system with numbers like 31136 red or 33538 yellow? What's the GOE conversion? Or the CIELAB value? Even a cmyk percentage would be helpful.

I'm talking to myself here, but I want to let the forum know that I found the colors: it's another Pantone like swatch book for Federal Standard 595. Visit the following site for more information, and the PRICE.
