Colour management standard on Inkjet ISO12647-7 / Fogra?

Hello, I am currently working with Canon Colourstream, Kodak Prosper and Ricoh Inkjet machines. Do you know if I can achieve good print standard to either ISO12647-7 Or Fogra?

There is a deeper disconnect of understanding of what 12647-7 and Fogra are which you will need to discover before you or anyone can answer your real question in detail.

For the record yes, you can get all your equipment to achieve some acceptable conformance to a common characterization data set.
