Colour match a wide format

Hi, is there a way to colour match a wide format printer to a digital press, I had 2 customers today that I painted booklets for and they want the front page of the booklet printer in a large format, but the colour are way off, but using the same cmyk codes

You should get close by using the same ICC input profile on both the digital and wide format and the calibrated baseline profile of each device as the destination profile
If the operator on the digital press has made adjustments to densities etc, this will affect the accuracy of the colour matching.
