Cooling issues on DC5000

Following on from my previous thread, has anyone had cooling issues on their 5000AP?
Have you had a retro fit fan in the stacker or between stacker and fuser?

We are having issues in AP mode so hopefully someone may have had similar and can help with a solution

Hi Jon,

I know several customers have installed the fan kit... Have you had the fan installed and are still having cooling issues or just wondering if the kit has made a difference before you add it?

I had the engineer in last week. He didn't mention a retro fit fan. I'll get on to Xerox today to see what they intend to do.
