creo lotem 400 problem laser

we have a problem with the creo lotem 400 machine. shadows appear everywhere on the plate

, as if the laser does not turn off where it should not shine. but it is constantly working with some reduced power

Before looking at the lasers, first check mechanicals, particularly check that vacuum pump is working and all vacuum holes in the drum are clear.
