Crop marks for single rounded edge in InDesign

Do you mean a single rounded corner? (3 square corners and one rounded corner).
That will mean your Bus. Card will either need to be die cut or have one corner rounded in the bindery/finishing, thus increasing your bus card cost.
If that doesn't matter, all you really need to do is to make a die line that goes around the trim edge of the card with the one corner rounded to the size you need. You will probably be needing to talk to your printer to discuss what they will need to make it work efficiently.

Depends on what your printer wants to do, obviously; but personally I might design the cutting die as in attached (I prefer the rounded corner effect of a single, continuous cutting rule, rather than those dastardly desktop corner rounders), then finish off the other two sides on the guillotine.

You might want to ask your printer if they're going to die-cut or use a cheap desktop thingamajig...

I'm sure one also gets very good corner rounding machines, not just the horror-story types... I've just never been exposed to one.
