Curl on edge of gatorboard using arlon dpf-4500glx

DPF 4500GLX / MLX | North America <---This is the material we are using.

Some times it does not cural and others it does. I wait 24 hours before putting it on the board. The curl happens over time usually. Suggestions on some kind edge sealer. I am using an MimakiJV 100-160 printer. Thank you for any help you can suggest.

Eco sol inks make some vinyls edge curl unless you laminate them.

Interesting. I am new to this whole process. Is there some vinyl you know of that would work with our Mimaki that inks do not have that effect on.

Trial and error. Maybe there's a thicker vinyl?
