FUJIFILM North America Corporation Graphic Systems Division, the largest graphic arts distributor in the U.S., seeks a qualified Customer Support Technician to service customers in the Ohio/Michigan territory.
Essential Functions:
The CST will support conventional, high level electronic and related equipment and CTP plate technology and techniques used in the pre-press graphic arts industry. Provide on site support and repair to Electronic Imaging (EI) customers. Maintain close communication with more highly trained technicians and the Technical Phone Support team to ensure accurate resolution of service issues. Coordinate installations with customers and service team. Perform pre-installation assessment and site inspection on EI equipment in accordance with equipment requirements. Manage and complete Preventative Maintenance requirements. Overnight travel to customer sites when required.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge in electronics
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware
• Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working knowledge of Microsoft applications and outstanding customer service
