Winminko, we all feel your pain! Not many Shino guys, nor presses, around here. However, just understanding sheet travel should send you in the right direction. From what you say, it sounds you have either a bad cam follower, which may cause the grippers to be closing on the sheet to early...causing the nicking and loss of sheet to the blanket. Possibly loss of pretension at the individual grippers, any bad jamups recently? Another possibility would be the support bearings in the gripper bar pillow block. Bearing and cam follower failure would normally be obvious, before you start turning on gripper adjustments, be sure you don't have mechanical failure.

Dear, u r so friendly, i also think about the follower ball bearing, But today i try swing level to no.2 and make impression guage lower(normal). Previously, i made impression so high that i thought myself..Now, just little fine to print and not grap paper to blanket cylinder..If u have any idea or advise, please feel free to contact my mail.. Actually i need friend who was in same printing field.I will make your advise that the cam follower ball bearing replacement..Thanks your kindness. With respect, Shino guy :) winminko
