Dark Dry Erase marker colors pooling and bubbling on Dry Erase Liquid Lamination

We are trying to get our liquid dry-erase lamination dialed in. Our only problem is colors like black and dark blue are pooling and/or bubbling. The liquid laminator is a VersaCoater XL Digital Smart Coater with UV curing. We are using Advanced Print & Finishing Technologies Instacure Dry Erase ICUV-DE liquid lamination.

I've attached a picture of the colors applied to the laminate for reference. Any help would be much appreciated.
