Despeckling - can it be done quickly, like today?

Hi there.

My Micropress add a despeckle feature for when I scan a document on the 1050 to the computer.

Is there anything like that in Acrobat 10 or PitStop Pro 10? I've been trying all these 3rd vendor workarounds and it seems like there'd be an easier way to clean up a document with either or both of these programs.
